<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed ~~¢m,i1ty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when sot otherwise provided, shall be liable to the pensity rescnbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or W a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (`$.x'".00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
