<br />SECTION 211. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill "-.

<br />year. together with the Dames of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with -......
<br />the posWffioe address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbetmen ore assortera, mill men, teamsters, eto. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />- the provisions of this section s~lall be fnrDished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metallifemns mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ~¢rlty of a.misde-
<br />meaaor against this act, and when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty pteacnbed in
<br />section f3 of this act, or to a Fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars ($"5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the disaretioa of the court.
