<br />SECTION 20. 'Twenty-second.-That any person or parsons operating any metaUiferons mine or m
<br />and em Toying 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of Mixes and state when work is com-
<br />mencedpand when stopped, and mines working continaonsly shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee is charge of said work, together with _
<br />the postoffioe address, the same oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnct, together with the anmber of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc.. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be fnraiahed npoa application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-aeveath.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferone mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shaD be liable to the penalty pprescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a Sae of not lees than twenty-flue dollars ($x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
