<br />Sacxrov Z0. Twenty-second.=That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or m'
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Barean of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and minas working contianonsly shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />.year, together with the games of the owners and managers or lessee is charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county nod mining
<br />diatnet, together with the nnmber•of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, tlmbermen ore assortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferona mine or mill

<br />meaner against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prosenbed is
