<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent :manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails W comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ~ni]ty of a.misde-
<br />meanor against this act, sad, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />- ~ section 13 of this set,. or. to a fine of aot.less than twenty-flue dollars ($?S.O(1), nor more than three hundred .
