<br />epiploying five or!more men, ehallreport.thn eamo to the Bureau of Mines and state when work ie com-
<br />masted. and when stopped, and mineeworking continuously shall report on or betote December 1, of each year,
<br />together with..the names o4 .the owners an managers or ieseee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoflice address, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with theaumber otmon employed; directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen, ore sesortere, mill men, .teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry but the provisions of -
<br />this section shall be turniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mind ox mill in
<br />this state, who flails to comply with tho provisions herein set 4otth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor _
<br />against thieact, and,.when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a $ne of not less than twenty-8ve dollars (625.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />n\ each and every provieioanot complied with, or both, at thediecretion of the court.
