<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leeaeo operating a metalliferous mine. or mill in
<br />this state, wlio fails to"comply with- the previsions herein sot forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, whao not otherwise provided, shall be liable to tke penalty proscribed is section 13 oY this
<br />act, of to a floe of not lees than twenty-8ve dollars ($26.00), nor more than throe hundred,dollere ($300.00), for _
<br />each and every provision not compliedwith, or both, at the dlecretion of the court.
