<br />Suoaron, 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any metalliYerova mice or mill and
<br />employing 8ve or more men, shall report:.the eama to the Bureau of Mines and state-wfien work is com-
<br />,. menced and when stopped, and minas working continuously shall report on or be4ore December 1, oP each year,
<br />:together with the names bE the owners. an managers or lessee rn charge o4 said work, together with the
<br />posto~ce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />.together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the eama being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aeeorters, mill men, teametete, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Minas.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliierove mine or mill in
<br />this elate, who Pails to comply. with the provisions herein sot 4orth, shall be doomed guilty o4 a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine o4 not lees than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the dlecretionb4 the court.
