<br />6sorrox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person odpareons operating any metalliterous mine or mill and
<br />employing five or more men, shall report the soma to the Bureau oY Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oP each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or leeeee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />.mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc.' The necessary blanks to carry out £he provisions of
<br />this section ehnll be 4urnished upon application by the C:ommieeioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leeeee operating a metalliYerous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provletone herein eat forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for-
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both; at the-discretion of the court.
