<br />meaced andwhen stopped, and mines workingg continuously shall report on or before December 1, oP each year,

<br />postofdce address. the name of the claim or elaime to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being. claeeifled into miners, tram-
<br />.mere, timbermen, ore aeaortere, mill mon, teamsters, etc> The necessary blanks to carry. out the provisions o4
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalli4erous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty o4 a misdemeanor
<br />against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ]fable to the penalty prescribed in eectron 13 04 this
