<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working cantinuouely shall reilort on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names of the owners and managers or ]eases In charge of said work, together with the
<br />postof$ce address, the name o[ the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of man employed, directly or indirectly, the same being cleaeifled into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbermen. are aeeoxtere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks. to carry out the provisions of ,- ..
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />' Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous micro or mill is
<br />this state, who.Eails to comply with the provtslone herero set forth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor -
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecribod in section 13 oY this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not lase than twenty-8va dol]are ($35.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. ' ~
