<br />this section shall be 4urniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leeeee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />thin state, who fails to comply with the provls3one herein set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, whew not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />net, or to a fine of not lase than twenty-five dollam ($25.00), nor more than threehundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />-each and every provision not wmplied-with, or both; at the dlacretionaY the court. '
