<br />meacsd and when stopped, and mines working continuously eliall report ou or before December 1, of each year,

<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elaeeifled into miners, tram- -

<br />act, or to a find of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />- each and everyprovieion not complied with, or both, at the discretion bt the court.
