<br />9EarION~ 20.'' Twegtyiiecond.-That any person or pereoae operatingany metalliferous mina or mill and --
<br />employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Butesu of Mines and state when work ie bum-
<br />menced and when stopped and mines working continuously shell report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee m .barge of said work, together with the
<br />poetoflice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oZ men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled-into miners, tram-
<br />- mere, timberman, ore aeeorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the. proyieione aP
<br />this suction shall be 4urnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leeeae oparatigg a metalliPeroue mine or mill in
<br />this state; who fails to comply with the provlelons herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, wheD not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 oY this
<br />' act, ar to a fine of not lees than twenty-five dollars (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), far
<br />- each and every provision not complied With, or both, at the discretion oP the courts
