<br />Q menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or betoro December 1, of each year,
<br />¢-'~ together with the names of the owners and managers or leeeee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />postoffice address, the name o[ the claim or elaime to be operated, the name o[ tho covaty and mining district,
<br />together with the number o4 men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classiflad into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbormen, ore flesortare, mill mon, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />tibia section shall be Pssrniahed upon application by the Commissioner oY Misses.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leeeee operating a metalliferous mind or mill in
<br />-- -- this state, who Pails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall ba deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against thin act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall bs liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars (S~a.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (5300.00), for
<br />---- each and every provision not complied witb, or both, at the discretion o4 the court.
