<br />__.- menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names oY the. owners and manegors or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />- - - - postoffice addtese, the name oP the claim or claims to bo operated, the name of the county and mining district.
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram- - ~ -
<br />mers, timbermen, ore aeeortera, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of

<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />__ ___ _ this state, who fails to comply with the provisrone herein est forth, shall be deemed guilty oL a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in eectton 13 of this
<br />act, or to a fine oP not less than twenty-five dollars ($2ii.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (&300.00), Pox
<br />- each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
