<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram-
<br />mere, timbetmen, ore aesorter& mill man, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />- --- this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mince.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliteroue mine ar mill in
<br />this state, Who Yails to comply with the provisions herein set Perth, shall ba deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
