<br />SECTION ~. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating nay metalliferous mine or m
<br />and emploving 8ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />meaced and when stopped, and mines worl~ng eoatiaaonsly shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee In charge oY said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county sad mining
<br />district, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trimmers, tmbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provissons of this section shall be f¢rnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, msaager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein se£forth shall be deemed gailty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be Tiable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($?m00), nor more Ehan three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not compiled with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
