<br />SECTION 30. Twenty-second.-That any person or ppessoas operating any metalliferous mine or'
<br />sad emp]oyiag five or more men, shall report the sameto tho Bureau oF;llines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continaonsly shall reporE oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorEers, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to curry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished apoa application by the Commissioner of Dunes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferens mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comp)y with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a.misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than hventy-five dollars ($35.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision noE complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
