<br />sad employing five or more men, shell report the same to the Bnrean of ,Mines sad state when work is c m-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of e
<br />year, together with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county a¢d mining

<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth. shall be deemed guslty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liablo to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine oP not less than taeaty-five dollnra ($`x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
