<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or ppersons opemtiag any metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing flue of more men, shall roport the same to Lhe Bnrean of Diiaes and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continaonsly shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names o4 the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />Lhe postoffiee address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining '
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being elnssifled into
<br />miners, tmmmera, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions oY this section shall be 4nrnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Anp person, owner, agent, manageror lessee opemtins a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall~o deemed ggm¢rlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penolty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, of to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollnrs ($"a.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the coma.
