<br />SEOxrox ?A. Twenty-second.-That nay person or ppersons operating any metallifarons mine or ill
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of D1:iaes and state when work is edm-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continnoasly shall reQorE on or befom December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names oP the owners and managers or lessee In charge of said work, toget~ler with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distant, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, tmmmers, timbennen, ore assorters, msll men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor agasnst this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be ~iable to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($`a.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($3!10.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
