<br />SECTtOx 20. Twenty-sewnd.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mipo or ill
<br />~ ~' and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bnroan of Mines and state when work is co •~
<br />meaced and when stopped, cad mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with _ ~.
<br />the posto~ee address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, tho name of the county and mining ~~
<br />' dietnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, hammers, timbermen ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines. '
