<br />employtog flue or moro men, shall roport tho same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com•
<br />moaced and when stopped, sod mines working rnatiauously shall report oa or before December 1. of each year,
<br />together with tho names e[ the owooro and maoagero or lessee in charge o[ said work, together with the
<br />posWmce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated. LLa name oC the coant~ and mining district,

<br />Tweaty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leases operating a metalliteroos mine or mill is
<br />thin state, who tails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed Ruilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act. and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the pa~al~y y,re:--gibed;a section 13 of this
<br />act. er to a flee of not lees than twenty.flve dollare (825.00), nor more than three hundred dollars (m00.00). tar
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discrotioa of the court.
