<br />SECTI0:7 20. Twenty-second.-That anp person or ppersons operating any metallilerons mine or
<br />and employing flue or more men, shall report the same to~the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working coatinnoasly shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee is charge of said work, toget~er with -.
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the chum or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly of indirectly, the same being clasasfled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen ore assorters, mul men, teamjters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out -
<br />the provisions oY this seotion shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metallifemns mine or mill
<br />is this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed ~eun~uity of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the pens-ity rescnbed is
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars (~'-.00), nor more than three hundred ..
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
