<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons opernting any metalliferens mine or m
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Burenn of illines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working contiaao¢sly shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the poatofdce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county a¢d mining
<br />diatnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of .5fines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gailty of a misde-
<br />mesuor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shell be liable to the penalty prescribed i¢
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-fire dollars ($PS.00), nor more thn¢ three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each nad every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
