<br />SECTION ?q, Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or mill
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of llfiaes and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continaonsly shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />distnet, to~geth d=e dwitli the number of menlemployed, ditectlyporindizect)y Ehe same beingntelassifiedinto
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea, ore sesorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of 14fines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty oP a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, sad, when not otherwise provided, shnU be linb]e to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($`a,00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
