<br />6ECmrox ?A: ~ Twenty-second.-That an PProved April 10, f899.

<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~er with
<br />the {~ostofnce address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being c]nssifled into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to curry out
<br />tho provisions oP this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP alines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be finale to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 oP this act, or to a fine of not less the,a twenty-five dollars ($3u.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
