<br />' ^ - ( ! ' ' ~ ~SEC•r>:ox 20. "Twenty-`seconds=That any person or~persons operatm~ any metalliferouA wino or mill
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the ~ostoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the nano oY the county and mining
<br />distract, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />misers, trnmmers, imbormen, ore assortsrs, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operntin~ a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comp)y with the provisions herein set forth, shnll~e deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable W the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twe¢ty-five dollars ($_'5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
