<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by. the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, mana~eror lessee operating n metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gnslEy of a•misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this set, or to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars ($'5.00), nor more Lhan three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and ecery provision not complied wsth, or both, at the discretion of the court.
