<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operntiug any metalliferous mine or
<br />aad employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau oY Slines and state when work is co
<br />menced and when stopped, aad mines working continuously shall report oa or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners aad managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the sums oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />district, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same beingg classified into
<br />miners, trnmmers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blalilcs to carry out
<br />the provisions oY this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oY Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee opernting a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who Yails to Domply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed gar]ty oY a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this net, or to a fine of not leas than twenty-five dollars ($`•x.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
