<br />SECTtev 'L0. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons opernting any metalliferous wino or rll
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of lfines and stato when work is c
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~ter with
<br />the postoffice address, tho name of the claim or claims to be operated, tho name oY the county and mining
<br />district, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly. the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. Tho necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dhnes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comp)y with the provisions herein set forth shall bo deemed guilty of a.misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be Iinble to tho penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars 0"0.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.OD), For each and every prot~sion not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
