<br />SECTION 211. Twenty-second.-That any person or ppersons operating any metalliferous mine or ill
<br />and employing $ve or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of 1lfines and state when work is co
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1 of.each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee sn charge of said work, toget~3er with
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classi$ed into
<br />miners, trummers, timbennen, ore assortars, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon hpplicatioa by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee opemtiog a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />is this state, who furls to comply with the provisions herein sat forth, shall be deemed gmlty of a.misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prosenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($35.00), nor morn than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the court.
