<br />Secxrox 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating nay metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of DIines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working eontinnously shall report on or before December 1, oP each
<br />year, together with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together.with
<br />the postof@ce address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name oY the county and mmiag
<br />distnet, together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the samo being classl8ed into
<br />miners, tmmmers, timbermen, ore sasorters, msD men, teamsters, eta. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions oP this section shall be furnished npoa application by the Commissioner oP Alines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lesseo oporatiug a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed guilly of a.misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be jiable to the penalty presenbed is
<br />section 13 oP this set, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($..a' .00), nor more than three bnadred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oY the eonrt.
