<br />SECTION 20. Twenty-second.-That nny person or persons opomting any meWliferous mind or
<br />and employsng five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureau of bliaes and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report oa or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee is charge of said work, together with
<br />the postoffice address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county null mining
<br />distnet, together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, tmmmers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of bFines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manngeror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a_misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty presenbed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($"5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), For each and ecery provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
