<br />and em Elo rox ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />~'I mencedpaad when stomore men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of lliines nud state whoa work is com-
<br />pped, and mines working coatinuoasly shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, toget~er with
<br />the postoffice address, the name oP the claim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining
<br />distnct, together with the number of men employed, d-u•ectly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />~ the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Dlines.
<br />j ~~') Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating n metalliferous mine or mill
<br />if is this state, who fails to comp)y with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />'i meaaor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liablo to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 oY this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($`15,00), nor more than three hundred
<br />~l dollars ($300.00), for each nad every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
