<br />year, together with the acmes of the owners and managers or lessee sn charge of said work, together with

<br />miners, trammers, timberman, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP ~fiaes.
<br />. Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or. to a floe of not less than twenty-five dollars ($'a.00), nor more than tares hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every precision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
