<br />SECTION 7A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons opernting any metalliferous mine or
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bureaa of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, sad mines working continaouslp shall report on or before December 1, of each
<br />year, together with the names oY the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, togetherwith
<br />the postotBce address, the name oY the claim or claims to be operated, tho name of the county and mining
<br />diatnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be far¢ished upon application by the Commissioner oP iliiaes.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manngeror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall 6e deemed gguuiilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall 6e liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine oP not less than twenty-fice dollars ($5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
