<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the Qostoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the co¢¢ty sad miaiag
<br />dietnet, together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, hammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the pmviatons of this section shall be furnished npoa application by the Commissioner of Dfines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor ag¢inst this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed is
<br />section 13 oY this act, or to a fine of not less thus twenty-five dollars ($'5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
