<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with

<br />miners, hammers, timbermen, ore assorters, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operntiag a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this elate, who fails to comp)y with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in'
<br />section 13 of this net, or to a 8ne oY not less than twenty-five dollars ($`~,0p), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and everg provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion oP the court.
