<br />miners, ttammers, timbermen, ore assorEers, mID men, tamsters, etc, The necessary blarilcs to carry out
<br />the provissons aE this section shall be furnished upon appliation by the Commissio¢er of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mina or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall bo deemed gmlty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty pprescribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($[5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and ecery provision not complied with, or both, aE the discretion of the court.
