<br />meaeed and when stopped, aad mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oP each
<br />year, together with the names of the owners aad managers or lessee in charge oP said work, together with
<br />distnet, toset ~er~witli the nnmmber of wear employed d.irectlyporindirectly, the same beingnt 1aay,fiedniato
<br />misers, trammers, timbermea ore assorters, null men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisions of this section shall be famished upon application by the Commissioner oP 3fines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with tha provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misde-
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preseribed in
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of sot less than twenty-five dollars ($"-5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each sad every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
