<br />and em to Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or m
<br />P ying flue or more men, shall report the samo to the Bureau of Dines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1, oP each
<br />distnet, to aa€ers or lessee in charge of said work, together with
<br />the postgofficeradldres~s ethe name of thee clarim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining
<br />gether with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assorters,
<br />mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to Darcy oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Dines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, maaageror lessee opemtiag a metalliferoas mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth shall be deemed
<br />meaaor against this net, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the
<br />section 13 of this act, or to a fine of not less than twenty-flue dollars g¢ilty of a misde-
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and eve ($'-x.00), nor more athan three hundred
<br />ry provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
