<br />SECTION ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or parsons operating any metalliferous mane or m~
<br />and employing five or more men, shall report the same to the Bnrean of Mines and state when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shall report on or before December 1 of each
<br />year, together wiUt the names of the owners and managers or lessee rn charge of said work, toget~ler with
<br />the postofiice address, the name of the olnim or claims to be operated, the name oP the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number o£ men employed, directty or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermen, ore assortsrs, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out
<br />the provisrons of this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />-Twenty-seventh.-Any parson, owner, agent, maaageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed gailty of a misde-
<br />meanor against Lhis act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />section 13 of this set, or to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($5.00), nor more than three hundred
<br />dollars ($300.00), for each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
