<br />t3ECTtox ?A. Twenty-second.-That any person or persons operating any metalliferous mine or m ~
<br />and employing five or more men, ahatl report tho same to the Bureau of 3fiaes and st¢te when work is com-
<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working continuously shalt report on or before December 1, of each I
<br />year, together with the names of the owners and managers or lesseo is charge of avid work, together with _
<br />the postoffice address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, rho name of the county and mining
<br />distnet, together with the number oP men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into
<br />miners, trammers, timbermea, ore assorters, null men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry oat
<br />the provisions of this section shall ba furnished upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh. Any person, owner, agent, manageror lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill '
<br />in this state, who fails to comply with the provisions herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misde- '
<br />meanor against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in
<br />dolllaora ($300.00)9 for each and every provisionanott eompled wilth, or~both~ at the di cretion oY thenconrt.
