<br />employing 8ve ormoremen, shall reportthe same to the Bureau of Mines and state when wbrk ie co~-
<br />messed andwhnn stopped, and mines working continuously shall reRort on or before December 1, of each year,
<br />together with the names. of the owners eo managers or lessee rn charge of said work, together with the
<br />posto~ce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name o4 the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number otmen employed, directly o: indirectly, the same being c]assifled into miners, tram-
<br />. mere, timbermen, ore assortete, mill meD, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of „
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commissioner oP Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or leases operating a metallitorous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Pails to comply with the provieioneherem set Yorth, shall be deemed guilty oP a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />act, or to a find of not lees than twenty-five dollars ($25.00), nor more than throe hundred dollars ($300.00), for
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court. ,
