<br />$soxxoN 20. Twenty-second.-That any person or persona operating any mebtlliterova mine or mill and
<br />emp]oying five oi•moremeu, shall teport the came to the Bureau o4 Misee and state whenwork is com-
<br />manced andwhen stopped, and mines workingg continuously shall report on or before December 1, 04 each year,
<br />.together. with the names of the Dwaera nod managers or lessee in charge o4 said work, together with the
<br />poetofHce address, the namebt the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, tram-
<br />. mere, timbermen, ore aesortore, mill men, toamatere, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions oY .
<br />this section shall be furnished upon application by the Commiaeioner of Mines. .
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliTeroua mine or mill is

<br />against this set, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in eoctioa 13 oY this

<br />each and every provision not complied witb, or both,at the discretion o4 the court:
