<br />together with the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claeeifled into miners, tram- ,4

<br />this section shall be fumiehed upon application by the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />6 this state, Who Yails to comply with the provielone hareim~eet 4orth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />~/ against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penal*.y prescribed in section 13 of this
<br />~ net, or to a fine o4 not lees than twenty-five dollaza.(525.00), nor morn than three hundred dollars (5300.00), for
<br />-each and every provision not complied with, or both,at the diecretionoE thecoutt.
