<br />menced and whoa etopped,aod mines working continuously shall report on or be4ore Decembot 1, of each year,
<br />together with the nemee ~of the owners an managers or lessee in charge of said work, together with the
<br />poetofflce address, the name of the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the. county and mining district,
<br />together With the number of men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being classified into miners, tram•
<br />:mere, timbermen, ore aeeortere, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions at
<br />this section shall be 4urniehed upon application by the Commissioner of Minos.
<br />Twentyseventh.-Any person, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferous mine or mill in
<br />this state, who Eaile to comply with the provisions herein set 4orth, shall be deemed guilty oY a misdemeanor
<br />egainet this act,and, WheD not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preeeribed in section 13 04 this
<br />act, or to a fine o4 not lase than twentyflve dollars (625.00), nor more than three hnodred dollaxe (6300.00), fox
<br />each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
