<br />menced and when stopped, and mines working coatinuonely shall'report on or betore December 1, of each year,
<br />_______ together with the names o4 the owners and maoagere or lessee in charge 04 said work, together with the
<br />- postolflce address, the name o4 the claim or claims to be operated, the name of the county and mining district,
<br />together with the number oY men employed, directly or indirectly, the same being claesiSed into miners, tram-
<br />_ __ _ _ _ _ mer& timbermen, ore assortexa, mill men, teamsters, etc. The necessary blanks to carry out the provisions of
<br />this eectioa shall be furnished upon applicationby the Commissioner of Mines.
<br />Twenty-seventh.-Any pereuu, owner, agent, manager or lessee operating a metalliferove mine or mill in
<br />--- this state, who fails to comply with the provrstoae herein set forth, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />against this act, and, when not otherwise provided, shall be liable to the penalty preecnbed in eectioa 13 of this
<br />set, or to a fine oY not lees than twenty-five dollars (515.00), nor more than three hundred dollare (&300.00), for
<br />-- - - - - - ~ each and every provision not complied with, or both, at the discretion of the court.
